Oluwafemi Peter Jiboku is a visionary entrepreneur, professional coach, and award-winning realtor dedicated to redefining the path to financial freedom for the next generation. As Managing Director of First Vision Homes and First Vision Business School, he has established a unique ecosystem where real estate development meets human capital investment.
A firm believer that wealth is a mindset before it is a transaction, he leverages his academic background in Educational Management at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) to craft training that empowers students and young professionals to move from passive observers to active wealth creators.
Under his leadership, estates such as First Vision Garden City and The Legacy Place have become vehicles for multi-generational wealth — strategically located, fully documented, and accessible to first-time owners.
Today, he leads a growing network of sales ambassadors, investors, and students, with a steadfast commitment to integrity in every transaction and a vision of an Africa where ownership is the norm, not the exception.
